COUNSELLING ROOMS
Apsley House is a grade II listed period building and is located in Taunton town centre near to the bus station and easy access into the main shopping street (North Street) via the Portcullis next to the Castle Hotel. The building accommodates the requirements of therapists and clients.
Apsley House has seven consulting rooms, a training room and a small waiting area on the ground floor. On the 1st Floor there are facilities for making tea and coffee for practitioners, and an office for the personal use of practitioners working from Apsley House.
Room Hire Charges & conditions
Rooms are available between 8am and 8pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In order to hire a room you will need to be making regular, weekly bookings.
Hourly Rate
£10.00 p/h for regular monthly bookings made in advance.
Invoices are issued monthly in arrears.
Professional Standards
The professional requirements for all therapists at the Somerset Counselling Centre are as follows:
• Fully Qualified
• Members of their Professional Association
• Carry adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Professionally supervised for their work.
The benefit of setting this standard is that our clients know that therapists at the Somerset Counselling Centre are obliged to abide by these minimum Codes of Conduct.
