GROUP COUNSELLING
SCC provides a safe space to talk to a skilled counsellor, who will listen and help you understand how past experiences, worries about the future, or lack of self-confidence may be affecting your life.
ART AND THERAPY
Sessions run weekly from 11am to 1pm – no experience is necessary.
Somerset Counselling Centre invites you to a hands-on art and therapy experience at our centre in Taunton. We will explore the patchwork of life through making and reflecting on how the visual world can support the wider understandings of ourselves.
